We boarded the ship at 12:30 pm, were herded to the 12th deck to eat lunch, and were then allowed to find our rooms. The food was not great. We walked around to get acquainted with the ship layout and attended the first meeting of our conference. Steve Camp led worship and Hank Hanagraaff introduced the conference. Afterward, we had dinner in the Versailles dining room and shared a table with four delightful people. Helen and Jane are from Independence, MO, and Rae and Allen are from Australia.
I do not have much opportunity to get on the internet, but I'll post when I can.

I'm looking forward to exchanging travel stories when you get back; sorry we weren't able to update our blog much until you were already on your way out of the country!

12-1-2022 Then the glory  of the LORD  will be revealed ,  And all  flesh  will see  it together ; For the mouth  of the LORD  has spoken .”   Isaiah 40:5 Dec. 1, 2022   Dear Friends and Family,                As I look over my Christmas address list at all of your names, your beautiful faces come to mind and I thank God for the special times we have had together in the past.  Remembering how God related to Adam and Eve in the garden each evening, I think He loves it when we relate to each other in love and kindness.  So, here I go, relating to you about another year in the Wallen family. Our lake house in Alpena, MI, is almost finished.  We enjoyed a wonderful summer there with some of our children and grandchildren.
